Wärtsilä in México is part of Services Unit Central America together with Wärtsilä in Panama and Wärtsilä in Guatemala, expanding our technical expertise and ability to cover our customer needs everywhere in the region.
Wärtsilä has been present in México since 1993. Since that time, Wärtsilä has been able to offer its Mexican customers a variety of services, including engine retrofits and upgrades, system modifications, propulsion upgrades and overhauls, basic engine component repairs, overhauls of non-Wärtsilä products, and technical seminars
Wärtsilä offers service solutions to our customers in Mexico covering Marine, Power Plants, and Industrial sectors in the whole territory.
Today we are over 20 professionals in Mexico. Our workshop in Cd. del Carmen presents a design optimized for equipment services like cylinder head and liner repairs, fuel system, governor and turbocharger maintenance and repair, as well as adding new capabilities for machining operations and increased lifting capacity.
