INSTRUMENTATION AND AUTOMATION COURSE (INSAT-1)
The objective of the course is to be able to efficiently understand the working principles and operational functions of electrical systems in the engine room, enabling them to operate the engines and auxiliaries in a safe and effective way.

MARINE HIGH VOLTAGE COURSE (MAHIVO)
The objective of the course is to be able to understand the working principles and operational function of each HV electrical system of the ship’s power plant, enabling them to operate the plant in a safe and more effective way.

BASIC PLC COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to understand the PLC working principles and be competent to use the system, thus enabling them to operate and maintain it in a safe and more efficient way.

PRACTICAL ELECTRICITY FOR MARINE ENGINEERS COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to better acquainted with the electrical system by proper interpretation of drawings and symbols and to understand the working principles and operational functions of the symbols in the diagrams, and locating these in the actual equipment. Enabling the trainees to operate and maintain the electrical equipment and system in a safe and effective way.
 

REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING COURSE
The objective of the course is to understand the basics theories of heat transfer and the main components of refrigeration systems, cooling arrangements in provision rooms and cargo spaces.

STEAM AND BOILER PLANT COURSE
The objective of the course is to increase personnel safety awareness, effectiveness and proficiency in steam systems operation.

DIESEL ENGINE GOVERNOR COURSE
The objective of the course is to be familiar with the design features, operation conditions, performance and fault diagnosis of the governor installed in a diesel engine.

ALFA LAVAL SEPARATOR COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to use the ALCAP separator at operational level watch and be able to operate the ALCAP separator as used in lubricating oil, fuel oil clarifier and purifier functions.

MARINE PLANT OPERATION TRAINING COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to maintain the shipboard power plant in a safer way and effectively operate engine room equipment and systems. During the MPO training course the trainees will be thoroughly familiarized with all applicable procedures concerning the day-to-day engine room operations. Special focus lies on the economic aspects of equipment operation and utilization, for example fuel oil consumption, safe operation, engine efficiency and maintenance procedures.

TURBOCHARGER COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to explain the purpose of turbochargers as they relate to engine performance, identifying the main components of ABB VTR and TPL, its function, maintenance schedule and overhauling procedures.

HYDRAULICS AND PNEUMATICS COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to understand the fundamental concepts of hydraulics and pneumatics, understand and identify the parts of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, identify symbols, trace, analyze and construct circuit diagrams, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems logically, and optimize safety and reliability.
 

MAIN ENGINE 4-STROKE MEDIUM-SPEED COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to maintain the medium-speed auxiliary engine system in a safer way and effectively operate all medium-speed engines including familiarization with all procedures concerning the most common maintenance work on the medium-speed engine system equipment.

2-STROKE ENGINE COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to maintain a 2-stroke engine in a safer manner, and to be able to contribute more effectively to the operation of the machinery including the basics of evaluation of engine operation parameters and maintenance planning.

LNG STEAM TURBINE PROPULSION PLANT COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to obtain knowledge applicable for work with minimal supervision during normal operation of the LNG steam system and boiler plant.

ENGINE PERFORMANCE COURSE
The objective of the course is to analyse and evaluate the performance of an engine is one of the most important tasks of the management level onboard the ship. The trainees are able to maintain the engine in a safer way and will contribute more effectively to the operation of the machinery. They will learn to respond correctly by means of observation and analysis of the operating data and other given parameters, considering the output and ambient conditions in which the engine is operating.

ENGINE ROOM PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING COURSE
The objective of the course is to provide extensive guided simulator training in monitoring and evaluation of engine performance and engine room operation. To provides the engineer with a wide range of operational tasks to supplement and strengthen practical knowledge already acquired, and training in investigative techniques to facilitate fault finding onboard.
 

ENGINE BASIC COURSE
The objective of the course is to provide guide on how to maintain the engine in a safer way and will contribute more effectively to the operation of the machinery and learn the basics of evaluation of engine operating parameters and maintenance planning.

ENGINE OPERATION ADVANCED COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to maintain the engine in a safer way and will contribute more effectively to the operation of the machinery and learn the advance engine operating parameters and maintenance planning.

ENGINE RT-flex BASIC COURSE
The objective of the course is to obtain basic knowledge of the RT-flex engine components, engine control system (hydraulic and pneumatic) and WECS 9500/9520 control system.

POWER PLANT INTRODUCTION COURSE
The objective of the course is to provide a general introduction to power plant operating requirements. The training course covers all engine types.

POWER PLANT OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to maintain the engine in a safe way and operate all auxiliary units, synchronise the DG-set to grid, adjust load according to need, do load sharing and load shedding. They will learn to perform all of the most common maintenance tasks including the planning of maintenance.

POWER PLANT ELECTRIFICATION COURSE
The objective of the course is to be able to understand the working principles and operational function of each electrical system in the plant, thus enabling them to operate the plant in a safe and effective way.

POWER PLANT MANAGEMENT COURSE
During the training the trainer and the management team plan the operation and maintenance routines. The training also emphasizes certain economic aspects of plant operation and maintenance. Key figures for reporting plant performance are considered.

OPERATOR TRAINING SENITEC COURSE
The objective of the course is to give a basic understanding of the present situation and legislation. The trainee understands the layout structures of the installations and is familiar with the composition of waste water/oily water. Understanding the design of Senitec as well as the chemical treatment process. The trainee is familiar with material safety data sheets and can operate the control system.
